Pipelinepharma is a global B2B marketplace for finished dosage formulation products. It's free to sign up and search for products, generics, biosimilars, medical devices & nutraceuticals manufactured in different regions worldwide.

Purchasing companies can easily search for products, apply industry-specific filters, make requests for quotations, receive commercial offers, and negotiate commercial terms.

The Pipelinepharma team facilitates deals by helping buyers and sellers sign a 1-page term sheet where all key commercial conditions are listed. Once the term sheet is signed, the Pipelinepharma team introduces the buyer and the supplier to finalize the deal directly.

If you are a company that seeks to enter into licensing, distribution or another type of partnering agreement with generics, biosimilars, medical devices or nutraceuticals manufacturers, you are welcome to search for products in our marketplace as well as to make multiple RFQs, receive commercial offers, negotiate deals and build your pipeline.

After all product purchase conditions are accepted by signing a 1-page term sheet, we charge the buyer a fixed fee of 2.500 EUR. This fee is refundable if it turns out that the dossier quality is not sufficient.

If all the necessary details about your company and business case are provided, you should expect to get a commercial offer from the manufacturer within 3-15 business days or feedback from our team that the supplier is not willing to progress with a business case.

If you get a commercial offer, you can accept it or negotiate better terms. In case of a successful negotiation, we send you a 1-page term sheet confirmation agreement for your signature and follow the procedure described in the next question: “What happens if I accept the product offer?".

After you accept an offer:

We send you a 1-page term sheet confirmation agreement for your signature as your commitment to progress and sign CDA with the manufacturer
You pay a service fee of 2.500 EUR
You make a dossier audit, if necessary
Agree on the commercial contract (based on the signed term sheet)
Start the registration procedure within 6 months after signing the term sheet.

2.500 EUR service fee is refundable if it turns out that the dossier quality is not sufficient.

Suppose you find a product that is interesting to you, but the offer is for a different market. Let our Sales team know about your specific need, and we will check if the supplier is available for business in that area. If so, we will contact the manufacturer regarding your market of interest and request an offer based on your need.

If you have identified a product you would like to purchase, but some of the proposed commercial terms are not suitable for you, you can negotiate other terms and try to reach a consensus with the manufacturer with the assistance of the Pipelinepharma team.

Afterward, when all agreed conditions are agreed upon, a 1-page term sheet is signed to confirm the commitment to progress with a deal.

We have a standard industry-specific audit questionnaire where the manufacturers provide all the details about the dossier and the product. Regulatory and commercial information is shared with you on the platform.

However, it is your responsibility to make the dossier audit and register the product in your market. In case of the sale of a Marketing Authorization (MA) it is up to you to make a dossier audit as the product is already registered and you can start the business.

As our commitment to our platform buyers, we undertake to refund a paid fixed fee of 2.500 EUR if it turns out that the dossier quality is insufficient.

Normally manufacturers get business inquiries from different companies. You can differentiate yourself from others by having a solid company profile, a reasonable business case size, fast and professional communication and proven reliability.

The manufacturer approves their interest in working with your company after you sign a 1-page term sheet, which confirms your commitment to progress with the product registration within the indicated period.

Company data is important for the manufacturer to confirm the buyer's candidacy for a potential partnership.

The annual purchase forecast indicating pharmaceutical form, strength and pack size allows the manufacturer to estimate the size of the business case and see whether it is above their minimum order quantity (MOQ).

The market price level allows the manufacturer to evaluate the feasibility of providing a competitive offer.

All in all, the provided information enables buyer to get a competitive commercial offer or receive feedback from the manufacturer if and why the business case cannot be implemented.
